Alex met sheep and ducks today at the first Ohio Valley Belgian Tervuren Club fundraiser, held at Libbye Miller's in Elizabethtown, KY. Many thanks to Libbye for giving us our first lesson!

On our way home from class today, Alex and I stopped at the Price Hill Incline. A great day! 

 

At the other end of the canal town is a covered bridge - for the boats!

Alex and I visited Metamora today. The sun was shining, about 60 degrees, the leaves were golden. We walked the canal and Alex watched the ducks and the tourists with great interest, The train and whistle made him look, but in true Alex fashion, he was more curious than frightened.

Upstairs, these two are not quite ready to settle down. They really do interact a LOT! I will never again believe that dogs and cats must be enemies. This cat LOVES dogs!

Alex and Kit are having a long conversation about something, probably rehashing the recent visit of Gregor and Finn.

Kit was looking for a bit of alone time, but Alex says "where are you?"

It was getting closer to dusk, but we did get in a fast run with sister Diana and her pup-no-longer, Clark. All we folks saw was dust and tails! 

Ahhhh, after a hard weekend show, this is THE LIFE!
